The Court met pursuant to adjournment of
April 24th 1882 His Honor James M. Baker Judge of the 4th Ju-
dicial Circuit presiding as Judge of the 5th
Judicial Circuit
Whereupon the
Grand Jurors to wit 1. W.W. Carter 2. J.R.
Flewellen 3. R.H. Hall 4. D.C. McIntosh 5. C.C. Morrison
6. Frank A. Pardee 7. J.D. Stringfellow 8. Vick Lang 9. John
Starling 10. D.M. Phifer 11. J.R. Zetrouer 12. J.K. Johnson
13. G.T. Erickson 14. Joshua Hodge 15. J.R. Malphurs
16. H.L. Bevill 17. J.S. Dupuis, were called and having
answered were duly Sworn as Grand Jurors
Whereupon
The grand Jury retired to select a Foreman
And now the Grand Jury ame into open Court
and announced to the Court that they had selected
Robert H. Hall as the Foreman of the Grand Jury
Whereupon the following named persons were duly
empanelled as Grand Jurors to wit

And now the Court having charged the Grand
Jury
Whereupon the Grand Jury returned to their
Room under the Charge of Isaac Robert who
had been duly Sworn as Bailiff to the Said
Grand Jury.
