Spring Term A.D. 1882
         Tuesday May 30th 1882
at Four hundred and Forty Five dollars and Seventy
seven Cents so say we all
May 30th 1882              F.X. Miller  Foreman
Whereupon it is ordered considered and adjudged by
the Court that the Plaintiff do have and recover
of and from the Defendant the sum of Four
hundred and Forty Five dollars and seventy seven
cents ($445 77/100) together with his Costs in this be
half expended taxed at Forty Seven dollars and
Sixty Cents and the Defendants in mercy &c

Whereupon the Court adjourned until tomorrow
