Spring Term    A.D. 1882
   Thursday June 1st 1882
The Court met pursuant to adjournment of
yesterday His Honor James B. Baker Judge of
the 4th Judicial Circuit presiding as Judge
of the 5th Circuit

B.P. Boulware      }  Thrasher Hampton & Roysden
         vs        }  Trespass
The Santa Fe Canal }
Company            }  Taylor & Sanchez

                         And now the Jury who had
been duly Sworn and empanelled on yesterday
being in Court and thereafter after hearing the
remainder of the evidence the argument of the
Counsel and the Charge of the Court retired to Con
sider of their verdict under the Charge of J.M. Miller
who had been duly Sworn as Bailiff to said Jury
and thereafter on the Same day returned into open
Court and announced to the Court that they Could
not agree, Whereupon the Jury was discharged and
a mistrial declared.

And now the delinquent witness is Eveline Spark
man and Doctor being brought into open Court
under attachment were sentenced to pay the
costs of the attachment and to Stay committed
until the sum was paid

                         }  And now this Cause Coming
on to be hear and the Respective parties appearing
by their attorneys and the issues being joined a
Jury was called S.O. Zetrouer N.A. Mackey Jasper
Kirtlin, S.J. Kennard Jr W.W. Parish and J.D. Math-
eson who were duly Sworn and empanelled to
try the Claim to the property in dispute and
thereafter after hearing the evidence the argument of
Counsel and the Charge of the Court retired to
consider of their verdict and thereafter on
the same day returned into open Court
and rendered the following verdict to wit:
