Spring Term A.D. 1882
       Thursday June 1st 1882
give notice of appeal to the Supreme Court
to wit:
       In the Circuit Court of Florida 5th Judi-
       cial Circuit in & for Alachua County
Josiah T. Walls }     Spring Term A.D. 1882
        vs      }
M. Endel & Son  }  Illegality - appeal
                }
                }  And now at the term of the
Court aforesaid comes the defendants by their
attorneys and in open Court apply for and
enter their appeal from the Judgment & ruling
of the Court herein rendered in granting the
motion of the plaintiff to set aside the stay of
Execution to the Supreme of the State
of Florida to be held at the City of Tallahassee
on the 13th day of January A.D. 1883.

Whereupon the Court adjourned until to
morrow morning at half past nine oclock

The Court met pursuant to adjournment of
yesterday His Honor James M. Baker Judge of
the 4th Judicial Circuit of Florida presiding as
Judge of the 5th Circuit:
