fendants appearing by their respective attorneys
and the issues being joined a Jury was called
and there came 1 S.O. Zetrouer 2 Jesse M. Shaw 3 Wm
Stroble 4 T.W. Zetrouer 5 O.A. Thigpen 6 and S.J. Ken-
nard Jr. who were duly Sworn and empanelled to well
and truly try the issues joined and thereafter after
hearing a part of the evidence.
Whereupon the Court adjourned until half
past nine oclock tomorrow morning:
