Spring Term A.D. 1882
         Saturday June 3rd 1882
hearing of this Cause is resumed and the Jury
who had on yesterday been duly Sworn and empanelled
to try the issues joined were called and answered to their
names to wit: S.O. Zetrouer, Jesse M. Shaw, Wm Stroble
T.W. Zetrouer, O.A. Thigpen and S.J. Kennard Jr. and
thereafter after hearing the remainder of the evidence
the argument of Counsel and the Charge of the Court
retired to consider of their verdict and thereafter on
the Same day returned into open Court and rendered
the following verdict to wit: }

              vs              }  Verdict of Jury
The Gainesville Ocala   Defts }
and Charlotte Harbor          }
Rail Road Company             }
otherwise known and           }
called the Florida Southern   }
Rail Way Company              }
                             We the Jury find for
the plaintiff and assess his damages at One
thousand dollars so say we all
Gainesville June 3rd 1882 }    O.A. Thigpen
                                   Foreman
Whereupon it is Considered ordered and adjudged by
the Court that the Plaintiff do have and recover of
and from the Defendant the Sum of One Thousa-
and Dollars together with his Costs in this behalf
expended taxed at Forty Six dollars and Forty Seven
Cents and the Defendants in Mercy &c -

Whereupon the Court adjourned until ten oclock
on Monday Morning next
