a Jury was called and there came Ewd L. Young
M. Sheretzki, M.E. Ward, W.N. Tillman John McCollum
Fabian Thomas who were duly Sworn and empanelled
to well and truly try the difference pending and thereafter
after hearing the evidence the argument of Counsel
and the Charge of the Court retired to Consider of
their verdict and thereafter on the same day re-
turned into open Court and rendered the following
verdict to wit:  Verdict
We the Jury find the prisoner guilty of above assault
