The Court met pursuant to adjournment of
yesterday His Honor James M. Baker the Judge
of the Fourt Judicial Circuit presiding as
Judge of the 5th Circuit

Ancrum Adkins } McCall & Thrasher
And now this Cause coming on
to be heard W.A. Hocker States attorney prosecu-
ting in the name and by the authority of the State
of Florida and the prisoner appearing in his
own proper person as well as by his attorneys
Mess McCall & Thrasher and now the prisoner
upon his arraignment saith that he is not guilty
Whereupon a Jury was called and there Came
A.L. King M. Shiretzki W.N. Tillman, O.W. Sykes Jas
H. Low Ewd L. Young who were duly sworn and
empanelled to try the diference pending and there-
after after hearing the evidence the argument of Coun-
sel and the charge of the Court retired to Consider
of their verdict and thereafter in the Same day re-
turned into open Court and rendered the fol-
lowing verdict to wit: Verdict
We the Jury find the prisoner Ancrum Adkins - Not
