Whereupon the prisoner was discharged

And now this Cause is
nol Prosed

vs } Carrying business of dealer in
H. Binder } spirituous Liquors without license
} Taylor & Sanchez
And now this Cause coming
on to be heard W.A. Hocker States attorney pros-
ecuting in the name and by the authority of the
State of Florida and the prisoner appearing in
his own proper person as well as by his attorneys
Mess Taylor & Sanchez and now the prisoner being
forthwith demanded how he would acquit him-
said for a plea saith that he is not guilty
Whereupon a Jury was called and there Came
F.N. Lambert M.A. Tolar M.E. Ward Z.T. Taylor Jr
John Dogan and T.N. Sewell who were duly Sworn
and empanelled to well and truly try the diference
pending and thereafter after hearing the
evidence rendered the following verdict to wit:
We the Jury find the prisoner not Guilty M.A. Tolar

Whereupon the prisoner was discharged -
