Wednesday June 7th 1882 -
and the prisoner at the bar and thereafter after
hearing the evidence the argument of Counsel
and the charge of the Court retired to Consider
of their verdict and thereafter on the Same
day returned into open Court and rendered the
following verdict to wit: We the Jury find the
prisoner Guilty and recommend him to the Mercy
of the Court Wm L. Campbell foreman
June 7th 1882
Whereupon the Court adjourned until tomorrow
morning at half past nine oclock

The Court met pursuant to adjournment of
yesterday His Honor James M. Baker Judge of
the 4th Judicial Circuit presiding Judge of the
5th Circuit

And now this Cause
coming on to be heard and the parties plaintiff
and Defendant appearing by their respective
attorneys and now the Defendants ask leave
to withdraw their pleas and the Defendants say-
ing nothing in bar or preclusion of the Plaintiffs
right to recover, Whereupon the Clerk is ordered by
the Court to assess the damages
Whereupon the Clerk
having assessed the damages at Six hundred
and Thirty Six Dollars and Fifty four
Cents,
It is therefore ordered Considered and ad
judged by the Court that the Plaintiffs do
have and recover of and from the Defen-
dants the said sum of Six hundred and
Thirty Six Dollars and Fifty four
cents together with their costs in this behalf
