ordered that the Demurrer be sustained

And now this Cause Com-
ing on to be heard and the parties appearing
by their respective attorneys, Whereupon a consent
was filed herein that the plaintiff have Judgment
in the Sum of Two hundred and Ten Dollars
Whereupon it is ordered Considered and adjudged
by the Court that the Plaintiff do have and
recover of and from the Defendant the sum
of Two hundred and Ten Dollars together
with his Costs in this behalf expended taxed
Six dollars and Seventy seven Cents and the
Defendant in mercy &c
