Spring Term AD 1882
           Friday June 9th 1882

Solomon Bros  } Thrasher & Hampton
        vs    } Asspt
Janus K. Shaw }
           and now this cause coming
on to be heard and the Defendant saying
nothing in Bar or preclusion of the Plaintiffs
Right to recover
         Whereupon it is ordered that the Clerk
do assess the damages whereupon the Clerk
having assessed the damages at One hundred
and Thirty Eight Dollars and Fifty one cents
It is therefore ordered considered and adjudged
by the Court that the Plaintiffs do have and
recover of and from the Defendant the sum of
one hundred and Thirty Eight Dollars and
Fifty one Cents together with their costs in
this behalf expended taxed at Five dollars
and Eighty Eight cents and the Defendant in
mercy & c

& Johnson                 } and now this cause
coming on to be heard and the Defendants

the Court that the Clerk do assess the
damages
     Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the
Damages at one hundred and forty three dollars
and seven cents
           It is therefore ordered
considered and adjudged by the court that
the Plaintiffs do have and recover of and from
the Defendants the sum of one hundred and
forty three dollars and seven cents together
with their costs in this behalf expended
taxed at Eight Dollars and Forty Three cents
and the Defendant in mercy & c

Dollars, we hereby cancel and satisfy the within
Judgment in full this Dec 5th 1882.
