Spring Term A.D. 1882
      Friday June 9th 1882 -
State of Florida and the prisoner at the Bar
and thereafter after hearing the evidence the ar-
gument of Counsel and the Charge of the Court
retired to consider of their verdict and thereafter
on the same day returned into open Court and
rendered the following verdict to wit:

Whereupon William A. Hocker State attorney
presented to the Court and had filed the
following information of the

        vs       }  Keeping a Restaurant
Gus Waters       }  without License

Whereupon the Court adjourned until tomorrow
morning at half past nine oclock
