      vs         }  Convicted of Forgery:
S.P. Morgan      }
                 And now the Prisoner being
brought into open Court for sentence and
being demanded if he had anything further
to say why sentence should not be pronounced
on him saith nothing
Whereupon the Court sentenced the Prisoner
S.P. Morgan 
^to confinement in the County Jail for the term
of Three months and further that you pay the
costs of this prosecution and that you stand com-
mitted until the said costs are paid.

Rueben Brown     }  the fence of another.
                    The Judgment and Sentence
of the Court is that you Rueben Brown be
remanded to the Custody of the Sheriff of Alachua
County and be imprisoned in the County Jail of
said County for the period of thirty days and
pay a fine of one dollar and the costs of this
prosecution and stand committed until the said
fine and costs are paid      J.M. Baker
