Spring Term AD 1882
            Saturday June 10th 1882
coming on to be heard and the parties plaintiffs
and defendant appearing by their respective attor-
neys and the issues being joined a Jury was called
and there came. 1 A.L. King 2. E.L. Young 3 W.E. Ward 4
W.N. Tillman 5 W.J.G. Adams 6 J.W. Tompkins who
were duly sworn and empanelled to well and truly try
the issues joined and thereafter after hearing the evidence
the argument of counsel and the charge of the Court
retired to consider of their verdict and thereafter on
the same day returned into open Court and ren-
dered the following verdict to wit:
                      In the Circuit Court of Florida
                    5th Judicial Circuit in & for
M. Endel & Son  }         Alachua County
     vs         }            Ejectment
Josiah T. Walls }
              We the Jury find that the plain-
tiffs M. Endel & son, are entitled to the possession
of the following described property to wit: - All
that certain Lot, Block, piece or parcel of land lying
being and situated in the Town of Gainesville in
the County of Alachua in the State of Florida and
described according to the maps or plats of the
original survey of said Town of Gainesville as
the West half of Block one (1) Range (4) four being
in area Two hundred feet from north to south and
Ninety Eight and one half feet from East to West and
assess their Messrs profits at Four hundred and five

Whereupon it is ordered considered and adjudged by
the Court that the Plaintiffs do have and recover of and 
from the Defendant the possession of the follow-
ing described real estate to wit: The west half of
Block one (1) of Range Four (4) lying and being in
the Town of Gainesville Alachua County and State
of Florida the same being in area Two hundred feet
from north to south by ninety Eight and one half feet 
from East to west and containing (19700) Nineteen
thousand and Seven hundred Square feet together
and further it is ordered considered and
adjudged by the Court that the Plaintiffs
do have and recover of and from the
Defendant the sum of four hundred and
