five dollars together with their Costs in this behalf
expended taxed at Fifty one dollars and
forty Seven Cents and the defendant in Mercy &c

Whereupon the Court ordered that W.H. Dikes a
prisoner confined in Jail be discharged

Whereupon the Court adjourned until Monday
Morning at nine oclock
