Court aforesaid comes the defendant by

applies for and enters his appeal from the
Judgment herein rendered to the Supreme
Court of the State of Florida to be held at the
City of Tallahassee on the day of January

J.T. Walls     }  time to prepare bill of exceptions
                 And now on this 12th day June Comes
the defendant by his attorney E.C.F. Sanchez
and shows to the Court that this case now tried on the
10th and concluded after night that in view of the
fact that the Court is about to adjourn for the
term and defendant cannot prepare his bill of
Exceptions and thereupon prays that the Court the Court
will make such an order extending the time of
preparing the Bill of exception herein.
