It having been represented to me that it would
be desirable that the Fall Term of the Circuit Court
appoined to be held at Gainesville in Alachua
County Florida on the 4th day of December instant
should not for good and sufficient reasons
be held at that time but be adjourned to some
more suitable day. It is ordered and you are
hereby (pursuant to chapter 52 page 340 Section
47 McCellan's Digest) directed to adjourn said
Term of said Court to Tuesday the 9th day of
January AD 1883
