as Judge of the Fifth Judicial Circuit
Whereupon the
          Grand Jurors to wit:

          Whereupon the Court for good and sufficient cause

A.F. Hunt and B.F. Jordan not answering to their names were each
imposed upon a fine of $20.00 there
     It appearing that there is an defficiency in the number
of Grand Jurors the Judge issued the following order
         Adjourned Term of the Fall Term of the Circuit
          Court Alachua County
                             January 9th 1883
                      It appearing to the court that there is
a deficiency of Grand Jurors in attendance at this adjourned Term
of the Court the Clerk of the Court is hereby ordered to issue a
writ of venire facias directed to the sheriff of the Court
commanding him to return forth with Eight persons qualified
to serve as Grand Jurors for this term of the Court
