Whereupon the Court for good and sufficient cause

Whereupon the^Grand Jury being complete the Jury was called

It appearing to the Court that no Petit Jurors have been
drawn and summoned in the manner provided by law for this week of
this adjourned term of the Court the Clerk is hereby ordered to draw
in the manner provided by law from the Box containing the
names of the Three hundred selected Jurors the names of Eighteen
Persons to serve as Petit Jurors for this term of the Court and to
issue a Special Venire for these persons directed to the
Sheriff of the County commanding him to summon said persons
so drawn to appear instantly before the Court to serve as Petit Jurors
for this week of the term of the Court
