This cause having been brought before me for a
final decree by the Solicitation of the complainant thereon and it
appearing that a decree pro confesso has been taken therein for want
of appearance by the said defendant and it appearing upon Consid=
eration of the bill and exhibits filed in said Cause that the
Complainant is entitled to the decree prayed for in said bill
it is Considered adjudged and Decreed that the Complainant
do have and recover of and from the defendant J.M. Collins
the sum of one Hundred and sixteen 96/100 Dollars now due upon
the promisory note filed in said suit the sum being the
principal & interest due thereon it is further ordered Consider
=ed adjudged and decreed that the said defendant be barred
and foreclosed of and from all equity of redemption in the
dark bay mare mentioned in said Mortgage and that the said
Mare be sold after the time and Manner of publication
required in sales under execution and it is further ordered and
decreed that P.H. Young be appointed a Commissioner to
make said sale and execute a bill of sale thereof to the
purchaser and apply the proceeds to the payment of
said sum hereby decreed so far as they will go and it is further
ordered & decreed that the defendant pay the Cost of this suit
Done and ordered in open Court this January 9th A.D. 1883,

Whereupon the Court adjourned until tomorrow Morning 9 oclock
