a Jury was called and there came J.B. McCollum
T.B. Smith, John Sherouse, Council Ward, C.W. Stephens,
and Burrell Wiggins, who were truly and duly sworn
sworn and impannelled to try the issues joined

The Grand Jury came into Court and made the
following presentments in open Court

  Zach T. Penland       }  A True Bill

  The State of Florida  }
          vs            }  Indictment for murder
  John Lee              }  A True Bill

The Court adjourned to meet tomorrow morning
at 9 o'c A.M.

The Court met pursuant to adjournment of
yesterday His Honor Enoch J. Vann Judge of the
3rd Judicial Circuit of Florida presiding as Judge
of the 5th Circuit

                           And now the Jurors who
had been duly sworn and empanelled on yesterday

now being called answered to their names
Whereupon the Jury by Consent of Counsel
for the Parties herein not withdrawn and a
the following judgment argument as per written Con-
sent filed in open Court was rendered to wit
