Whereupon the Court issued the following order
to wit:
         Ordered that the names of Eighteen
persons be drawn instanter pursuant to law
to Serve as Petit Jurors for the next week of
this term of this Court beginning Monday Jan-
uary 15th instant & that venire be issued for the
same returnable Monday 10 oclock A.M. aforesaid

Whereupon S.C. Sadler Justice of the Peace
J.W. Turner Sheriff and J.A. Carlisle Clerk Cir
Court in open Court drew from the Box
Containing the list of Three hundred the
following named Eighteen persons to serve
as Petit Jurors for the second week of this
term of this Court to wit:

4 J.M. Dell 5 E.C. Bailey 6 J.J. Jones 7 F.A. Pardee

Ambrose Abbott 15 T.W. Zetrouer, 16 C.L. Slau-
