Whereupon the Court adjourned until Two Oclock
for Dinner
Whereupon the Court met pursuant
to adjournment of this *** at 2 oclock P.M.
Whereupon John Garner applied for an order of
Naturalization and filed in open Court the following papers therein
to wit:

Levy County } Before the Subscriber Clerk of the Circuit Court
and County aforesaid personally came John Garner a native
of England who being duly sworn says that it is Bona fide his
intention to become a Citizen of the United States and that adjours
and renounces all allegiance to any foreign Prince Potentate
State or sovereignty wahatever and particularly to Queen Victoria
Queen of England of whom he is a subject

I hereby certify that the above is a correct copy from the
records of the declaration of John Garner to become a
Citizen of the United States as appears in Book of records

In the Circuit Court of the 5th Judicial Circuit of }
the State of Florida in and for Alachua County }
To the Honorable Enoch J. Vann Judge of the Circuit
Court of the 3rd Jud Cir Presiding as Judge of the 5th Judicial
Circuit of the State of Florida in and for the County of
Alachua. This the petition of John Garner would very
respectfully show unto your Honor that on the 6th day of
November A.D. 1876 at Bronson Levy County in the State of
Florida he did declare under oath as is provided by law
his intention of becoming a citizen of the United States
That said declaration was duly made before a Court of
Record bearing a seal as will appear by reference to
a certified copy of said sworn declaration herewith presented
to the Court and that your petitioner has resided in the
