State of Florida }
vs } assault upon a police office
J.W. Baldwin }
} and now this Cause coming
on to be heard W.A. Hocker prosecuting in the
name and by the authority of the State of Florida
and the prisoner appearing in his own proper person
as well as by his attorney R.F. Taylor
Saith that he is guilty as the Indictment alleges
Whereupon the Court demanded of the prisoner
if he had any thing to Say why Sentence should
not be passed upon him Saith nothing
Whereupon the Court Sentenced the prisoner
J.W. Baldwin to pay a fine of ten (10$) and all
Costs.
