Ann C. Simms deceased }  Circuit in & for Alachua

John R. Zetrouer      }  Ejectment
                     This Cause having come on to be
heard in open Court in the presence of Counsel
for the plaintiff and the Defendant and the said
Counsel and each of them consenting and agreeing
to this Judgment as appear by their agreement
spread upon the records of this Court it is therefore
considered ordered and adjudged and decreed by
the Court that the said Plaintiff do have and
recover of and from the said Defendant the said
John R. Zetrouer the possession of the land Sued
for in plaintiffs declaration in said Cause
to wit " An undivided one half (1/2) interest in
that tract or parcel of land situated lying and
being in Alachua County Florida and Known and
described as Lot number (6) Six in the Moses Elias
Levy Grant said lot Containing (1666 2/3) one thousand
six hundred and sixty six & 2/3 acres of land It
is further ordered and adjudged that no writ of
possession shall issue upon this Judgment
for the recovery of the possession of the land
aforesaid if the Defendant shall and does give the
plaintiff possession of and execute a
quit claim Deed to the said Plaintiff to
Eight hundred and Thirty Three 1/3 (833 1/3) acres
of land" off of and out of the said Lot Number
(6) Six the said 833 1/3 acres to be off of that part
of said lot number six lying west of the
Florida Southern Rail Road and if there
shall not be enough of the said lot lying
West of said Rail Road to make up said 833 1/3
acres then there shall be taken and set apart
from and out of said lot enough of the land
lying East of the Said Rail Road and on
the south part thereof to make said 833 1/3 acres
but said 833 1/3 acres shall not be made up out of
any part of said lot Number six which had
been sold by the Defendant prior to the
commencement of this suit or improved by
said Defendant, provided there be a suffi
