              And now this Cause Coming on
to be heard and a Judgment by Default
having been duly entered herein and the
defendant saying nothing in Bar o pre-
clusion of the plaintiffs right to recover Judg
-ment against him, whereupon a Jury was
called and there Came J.S. Twomy - J.J.
Jones, E.C. Bailey, J.B. Mixson, James Bradshaw
and J.R. Zetrouer, who were duly sworn and
empanelled to try the issues herein assess the
damages herein
Whereupon the Jury having heard the evidence
the argument of Counsel and the Charge
of the Court retired to Consider of their
verdict and thereafter on the Same
day returned into open Court and
rendered the following verdict to wit:
                     In Circuit Court of Alachua
                     County 5th Judicial Circuit of
                     Florida
Peter Spann  }
    vs       }  Replevin
Ernest Wells }  Verdict
             }  We the Jury find that the
personal property in controversy in this
suit viz one Bay mare is the property of the
plaintiff Peter Spann and that he is entitled
to the possession thereof and that the Same
has been wrongfully detained and withheld
