by the Defendant from the possession of
the Plaintiff and we assess the damages in
favor of the Plaintiff against the Defen-
dant for such wrongful detention in the
Sum of Twenty Dollars so say we all

Whereon it is ordered considered and ad
judged that the Plaintiff do have the
possession of the said one Bay Mare
and that the Plaintiff do have and recover
of and from the Defendant the sum
of Twenty Dollars damages together with
the Costs in this behalf expended taxed
at nine dollars and 85/100 and the
Defendant in Mercy &c
