And now this Cause Coming
on to be heard W.A. Hocker prosecuting in
the name and by the authority of the State
of Florida and the prisoner appearing in his
own proper person as well as by his attorney
E.C.F. Sanchez, Whereupon the prisoner having
entered his plea of not guilty whereupon a
Jury was called and there came: J.S. Twomy
J.J. Jones J.B. Mixson James Bradshaw Ambrose
Abbott William Stroble who were duly Sworn
and empaneled to try the difference between
the State of Florida and the prisoner at the
Bar and thereafter after hearing the evidence
the argument of Counsel and the Charge of
the Court retired to consider of their verdict
and thereafter on the same day returned into
open Court and rendered the following verdict
to wit: We the Jury find the prisoner at the
bar not guilty so Say all

Whereupon the Prisoner and States witnesses in
the Cause were discharged
Whereupon the Court adjourned until tomorrow
morning at nine oclock -
