The Court met pursuant to adjournment of yesterday
his Honor Enock J. Vann Judge of the Third Ju-
dicial Circuit presiding as Judge of the Fifth
Circuit

after having considered this Cause The motion
to Dissolve the attachment is denied - to which
Ruling the Defendant excepted -

the affidavit of the Defendant is Continued -

for the State of Florida in the Cause against Charles
Williams and each for himself and for herself
acknowledge themselves indebted to the State of
Florida in the Sum of Five hundred dollars -
Conditioned that they and each of them shall
faithfully and truly appear at the next regular
term of this Court to testify in behalf of the
State of Florida in a certain cause pending herein
to wit: The State of Florida vs Charles Williams
which being done this bond shall be null and
void else to remain of full force and virtue
And now comes Jake Walker, William Anderson
Annie Anderson, Wade Cameron, Lewis Jackson
and Warren Missouri - and each for himself and
for herself acknowledge themselves as indebted
to the State of Florida in the sum of Five hun-
dred dollars - conditioned that they and each
of them shall faithfully and truly appear at the
next regular term of this Court to testify in
behalf of the Defendant in a certain Cause
