Whereupon the State having failed to make out
its case the Jury by order of the Court ren-
dered the following verdict to wit - We the Jury
find the Defendant Joe Robinson not Guilty

failed to answer his bond was estreated 
and scire facias ordered to show cause.

body of Flasco Hilton into Court.

on to be heard W.H. Hocker state attorney prosecuting
in the name of the State of Florida and the
prisoner appearing in his own proper person
as well as by his attorney Mess Turner & Gardner
Whereupon the prisoner was arraigned and saith
that his is not Guilty as the Indictment alleges
and for good and evil he puts himself upon God
and the Country for trial whereupon a Jury was
called and then came T.N. Moss, Frank
Stewart W.F. Kirtlin Stephen Thompson C.P.
Evans and Daniel Hall who were duly
