And now this Cause Coming
on to be heard Wm A. Hocker State attorney prosecuting
in the name and by the authority of the State of
Florida and the prisoner appearing in his own
proper person, and now the prisoner being brought
to the Bar here under the Custody of John W.
Turner Sheriff of Alachua County to which
Sheriff he is also likewise Committed and being
forthwith demanded how he would acquit him-
self of the charge against him Saith that he
is guilty as the Indictment alleges against
him =
Whereupon the prisoner was remanded to Jail
in this cause
and the witnesses for the State^discharged Sine
die
Whereupon the Court Sentenced the Sheriff John
W. Turner to pay a fine of Twenty Five dollars
for neglecting to Keep order in the Court
Whereupon the Court remitted the fine of Five
dollars against George W. Reynolds imposed
by the Court on yesterday, the said George W. Rey-
nolds to pay the costs of the writ of Attach-
ment
Ordered that notice be given that all motions in
Criminal causes
^will be argued on Saturday morning - and that
the Sheriff is directed to have all prisoners Convic-
ted at this term in Court on Saturday morning
for sentence
