Adjourned Fall Term of 1882 -
        Thursday January 18th 1883
as a Juror who was accepted of by the Defendant
and now a Jury being now called there came
J.B. Mixson, George R. Ellis, G.A.M. Rains -
W.D. Cauthen - W.W. Scott - L.L. Hill - John Dogan
L.H. Smith - Thos W. Dawkins - J.T. Collins - F.J. Rivers
Frank Stewart, who were duly Sworn and
empanelled to well and truly try the diference
pending between the State of Florida and the
prisoner at the bar according to the evidence
and thereafter after hearing a part of the
evidence.
Whereupon J.A. Shannon was duly Sworn as bailiff
to the Jury.
And now the Jury under instructions of the Court
were delivered to the Custody of J.A. Shannon
Bailiff aforesaid.

Whereupon the Court adjourned until tomorrow
morning at nine oclock

Adjourned Fall Term A.D. 1882
   Friday January 19th A.D. 1883
The Court met pursuant to adjournment of
yesterday - His Honor Enock J. Vann Judge
presiding as Judge of the Fifth Circuit

Whereupon the Grand Jury came into open
