       vs        }  assault with intent to commit
Bill Williams    }  Rape
                 }  Sentence
                    And now the prisoner Bill Williams
being brought into open Court for Sentence he the
said Bill Williams having been duly Convicted at this
term of this Court: And being now demanded if
his had any thing to say why Sentence should not
be passed on him saith nothing: Whereupon
the Court Sentenced the Prisoner Bill Williams
to confinement in the State Prison at hard labor
for the space of Ten years:

Os Chisolm alias }  Sentence
Osborn Chisolm   }
                 }  And now the Prisoner being
brought into Court for Sentence he having been
convicted this term of this Court and now being
demanded if he had any thing to Say why Sentence
should not be passed upon him saith nothing
Whereupon the Court sentenced the Prisoner
Os Chisolm alias Osborn Chisolm to Confinement
in the State Prison at hard labor for the space 
of Two years.

John Purvis alias }  in the night time with intent to
John Purvis Henry }  Commit Larceny
                  }  Goss & King
                   And now the prisoner being in
open Court as likewise the Counsel for the state and
for the defendant And now this cause coming on to
be heard on a motion in arrest of Judgment.
Whereupon the Court after argument had herein
and due consideration overruled said motion in
arrest of Judgment.
