State of Florida  }
         vs       }  Breaking and entering a building in
John Purvis alias }  the night time with intent to commit
John Purvis Henry }  Larceny =  Sentence
                  }
                  } And now the Prisoner being in
open Court for sentence was demanded if he
had any thing to say why Sentence should not be
passed upon him Saith nothing, Whereupon the
Court sentenced the prisoner to confinement in
the State Prison at hard labor for the space of
Six months.

Andrew Hopkins   }  with intent to commit Larceny
                   And now the prisoner Andrew
Hopkins being now in open Court for sentence
being demanded if he had any thing to Say
why Sentence should not be passed upon him
saith nothing whereupon the Court Sentenced
the prisoner Andrew Hopkins to Confinement in
the State Prison at hard Labor for the space of
Four Years.

Bill Williams    }  and now comes the Defendant by
his Counsel and files his affidavit of insolvency
on appeal, which being done = Whereupon the
Court granted a writ of supsedias until the
prisoner give bail as hereinafter provided in the
mean time the prisoner to remain in the custody of the
Sheriff of Alachua County =

                 And now the hearing of this Cause
is resumed the Jury who had been duly sworn
and empanelled in this Cause on yesterday to wit
E.C. Bailey, J.J. Jones, J.B. Mixson James Bradshaw
J.R. Zetrouer and Ambrose Abbott being now in
open Court and thereafter after hearing the
balance of the evidence the argument of
Counsel retired to consider of their verdict
