under instructions from the Court to bring in a
sealed verdict and deliver the same to the Clerk of
this Court which said order being consented to
by counsel for the parties hereto.
Whereupon the Jury Delivered the following Sealed
verdict in obedience to the order of Court to wit:
We the Jury find for the defendant so Say we all

Whereupon it is ordered Considered and adjudged
by the Court that the Defendant do have and
recover of and from the Plaintiff the Sum of
Dollars and Cents
taxed as her costs in this behalf expended
and the Plaintiff in Mercy &c

Bail Bond of the said Bill Williams at and for the
Sum of one thousand dollars the Same to be approved
of by the Sheriff of Alachua County.
