It being made to
appear to the Court that due notice has been
given by publication according to law to the
parties whose interest may be affected by this
proceeding, of this application to the Court for the
establishment of the Lost deed aforesaid and no
sufficient Cause being shown to the Contrary, It is
therefore hereby considered ordered and adjudged
by the Court that the annexed and foregoing
copy of the lost deed of Conveyance from Phineas
M. Nightengale and his wife Mary K. Nighten-
gale to William M. Tunno bearing date as of
the 19th day of October A.D. 1859 and conveying to
him the said William M. Tunno all of the inter-
est right and title of the said Phineas M. Nighten-
gale and Mary K. Nightengale his wife in and to
that certain section tract plat or parcel of land
in Alachua County, State of Florida containing
1666- acres more or less and designated in the Maps
of the "Arredondo Grant" made by Burr and Washing-
ton as being Lot No Six (6) of the Moses E. Levy grant
of 20.000 - acres, be and the said annexed and fore-
going copy of said lost deed of Conveyance is
hereby ordered and adjudged to be established in
lieu of the Original Deed so lost as aforesaid and
of which the said annexed and foregoing deed is a
