(H.N. Roberts Garnishee)} And now this Cause Coming on
to be heard on the answer of the Garnishee
H.N. Roberts, and argument being had thereon
and the Court having duly considered the Same
whereupon it is ordered Considered and adjudged
by the Court that the plaintiff herein do have
Judgment against the Garnishee and that the
Clerk do assess the damages
Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the damages
at the Sum of one hundred and Two Dollars
and Ninety Seven Cents,
Whereupon it is ordered Considered and adjudged
by the Court that R.M. Witt the Plaintiff herein
do have and recover of and from the Garnishee
H.N. Roberts the said sum of One hundred and
Two Dollars and Ninety Seven cents ($102.97) for
his damages together with the Sum of Thee doll-
ars and Ninety one cents taxed as costs expended
in this behalf and the Garnishee in mercy &c -
