       vs        }  Assault with intent to Murder
George Bates     }
                    And now the Defendant being
called failed to answer Whereupon the bond
was Estreated and Scire Facias ordered to issue
returnable to the next term of this Court and that
alias capias be issued

State of Florida }
       vs        }  assault with intent to
Albert Thrasher  }  Commit manslaughter
                   And now this Cause is Nol
prossed on the ground that the statute related
to this offence has been repealed

John A. Preston }
       vs       }  motion for New Trial
Jerrin Richards }
                  And now this Cause coming on to
be heard on a motion for a New Trial and now
argument being had and the due consideration of the
Court, which said motion being denied and over-
ruled the Defendant by his Counsel then and there
excepted =

Whereupon the Court adjourned until Monday morning
at half past Eight oclock -
