His honesty of purpose and impartiality as a Judge
will Cause his memory to be enshrined in the hearts of
all who knew him
Resolved
        That as an expression of Sorrow for our
bereavement that this Court now adjourn for the day and
that these resolutions be spread upon the minutes of the
Court and a copy furnished by the Clerk to the family
of the deceased;
Whereupon 
            after appropriate and feeling eulogy by Hon
John W. Ashby, J.H. Goss and E.C.F. Sanchez and
by the Court, the Court adjourned until tomorrow
     wh morning at ten oclock -
