       Wednesday April 25th 1883
retired to Consider of their verdict and thereafter on
the same day returned into open Court and rendered
the following verdict to wit:
                       In Circuit Court of Alachua
                   County 5th Judicial Circuit of Florida

her Husband             }
            vs          }  Verdict
James R. Adkins &       }
Robert Hinson           }
                          We the Jury find that the
plaintiffs are the owners of Lot No Ten (10) of Frac-
tional Section Twenty Two (22) in Township Eleven (11) South
of Range Twenty two (22) East in fee simple and we
find accordingly for the plaintiffs in this cause
April 25th /83-                   Jos Voyle
                                        Foreman
Whereupon it is ordered Considered and adjudged by the 
Court that the plaintiff do have and recover of and
from the Defendants the possession of the following
described real estate to wit: Lot No Ten of Fractional Section
Twenty Two (22) in Township Eleven (11) South of Range
Twenty Two (22) East. And it is further ordered Considered
and adjudged by the Court that the Plaintiffs do have
and recover of and from the defendants the sum of
Sixty nine     Dollars and Eight Seven cents
taxes as their costs in this behalf expended and
the Defendants in mercy &c

                          And now the Counsel for
the Defendant in open Court gave notice orally

Whereupon the Court adjourned until tomorrow
morning at Nine Oclock
