        The Court met pursuant to yesterday His
        adjournment of yesterday His Honor Thomas
        F. King Judge presiding

        The State of Florida }  Hocker Finley & Hampton
No 14              vs        }  Murder
        Charles Williams     }  Roysden & McCall
                             }
                                And now the prisoner
        Charles Williams being in open Court as
        like wise the Counsel for the state and for the
        Defendant at the bar; whereupon the Jury who had
        on yesterday been duly sworn and empanelled in this
        cause to wit: 1 James K. Leary 2 W.M. Bradford 3 J.M.
        Dell 4 Wade A. Geiger 5 W.R. Rogers 6 T.H. Cato 7 Herman
        Glagowski 8 James D. George 9 Thomas W. Dawkins 10
        G.B. Townsend 11 F.W. Whitaker 12 W.B. Riviere being also
        in open Court under the charge of the Bailiff J.A.
        Shannon, Whereupon the hearing of this Cause was
        resumed. Whereupon the Jury aforesaid after hearing
        the balance of the argument and the Charge of the
        Court retired to consider of their verdict and
        thereafter on the same day returned into open Court
        and rendered the following verdict to wit: "We the
        Jury find the defendant guilty. J.M. Dell
                                             Foreman

        Whereupon the prisoner was remanded to Jail

        Whereupon the Counsel for the prisoner gave notice
        in open Court orally that they would move the Court
        for a New Trial -
 
        Whereupon the Grand Jury came into open Court
        and rendered the following Indictments of
