And now this Cause is Continued
on the affidavit of the Defendant and all the
state witnesses herein are discharged until the
next term of this Court.
And now
Comes J.W. Campbell and presents to
this Court satisfactory evidence of his having
been a duly and legally authorized practitioner
of law in another state
Whereupon the said J.W.
Campbell was duly sworn in as an attorney at
law in the State of Florida in open Court as follows-
You do Solemnly Swear that you are duly qualified
according to the Constitution and laws of this State
to exercise the office of Counsellor and attorney at law and
solicitor and will to the best of your abilities discharge the
duties thereof and truly and honestly demean yourself in your
profession and support protect and defend the Constitution of
this State and of the United States.

This is to certify unto all whom it may
come Greeting
Whereas J.W. Campbell has this day been
duly and legally sworn in as an attorney at Law and
councellor and solicitor
These presents are therefore to Show that the said
J.W. Campbell is hereby licensed to practice Law in the
Several Courts of the State of Florida
In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my
hand and affixed the seal of our said Circuit
Court on this 27th day of April A.D. 1883
