                       And now this Cause is continued
and an attachment ordered for the witnesses Cain King
& Stephen Williams returnable to the next term of this Court

Whereupon the Court discharged the Petit Jury
who have Served during the first week of this Term

And now the Court for a good excuse rendered hereby
recints the fines imposed on G.D. Chesser on the
27th inst

                       And now this Cause is Con-
tinued and a Subpoena ad testificandum ordered
to issue for the Witness Thomas W. Clark by the
next term of this Court

         vs          }  Sentence
Robert L. Cathcart   }
                       And now the prisoner being
in open Court for sentence being demanded if
he had any thing to Say why sentence should
not be passed upon him saith nothing
Whereupon the Court Sentenced the prisoner
to pay a fine of Ten dollars and the Costs
of this prosecution
