on to be heard and the parties plaintiff and Defendant
appearing by their respective attorneys and the issues
being joined whereupon a Jury was Called and there Came
O.B. Bailey N.W. Malphurs W.W. Carter R.B. Smith
Wm Stroble and Daniel Chesser who were duly Sworn
and empanelled to well and truly try the issues joined
and thereafter after hearing the evidence the argument
of Counsel and the Charge of the Court retired to
Consider of their verdict and thereafter on the
same day returned into open Court and rendered
the following verdict to wit: We the Jury find
for the plaintiff in Case

Whereupon it is ordered Considered and ad-
judged by the Court that the Plaintiff do
have and recover possession of one Small
gray Mule and that he do have and recover
of and from the Defendant the Sum
