       ended declaration is sustained to which ruling
       the Plaintiff then and there excepted

       Court for sentence and being forthwith demanded
       if he had any thing to Say why Sentence should not
       be passed on him, Saith Nothing, Whereupon the Court
       Sentenced the Prisoner Joseph Perry to pay a fine of
       Twenty five dollars and to be confined in the County
