State of Florida } Allowing Gaiming in house he had control

Joseph Simonson }
And now the prisoner being in
open Court for sentence and being forthwith demanded
if he had any thing to say why sentence should not
be passed on him Saith nothing whereupon the
court sentence the prisoner Joseph Simonson to
pay a fine of twenty five (25$) dollars together with the
costs of this prosecution

Charles Williams } Sentence
And now the prisoner Charles
Williams who has been convicted of Murder in the first
degree at this term of the Court being brought into open
Court for sentence and being now demanded if he had
any thing to say why the sentence of the Court should
not be passed on him Saith nothing whereupon the
Court sentenced the prisoner Charles Williams to wit:
it is the Judgment of the Court and the Sentence of
the law that you Charles Williams be taken hence to
the jail of this County by the Sheriff of Alachua County
and that you be there by him safely kept and that
you be hung by the neck until you be dead at such
time and place as the Governor of the State of Florida
by his warrant shall direct

Taylor & Sanchez files in**petion and Bond for removal
