Whereupon the Clerk having issued the Venire
facias as directed by the Court
And
    Now the Sheriff Samuel C. Tucker having
Executed said Writ of Venire facias by sum-
moning J.D. Matheson, Oscar Thigpen and F.X.
Miller
And now the Panel of the Grand Jury being full
Whereupon the Grand Jury retired to select a
Foreman
And now the Grand Jury came into open Court
and announced that they had Selected
B.W. Powell as their Foreman -
Whereupon the following named persons were
duly Sworn and empanelled as Grand Jurors
in and for the body of the County of Alachua at
this the Fall Term of our Court to wit:

Whereupon Wm M. Bradford was duly Sworn as
Bailiff to the Grand Jury -

Whereupon the Grand Jury after the Charge of
the Court retired to their room

Whereupon the Sheriff Samuel C. Tucker having
returned the Venire Facias for the Petit Jury for
this the First Week of the Fall Term of our said
Court as being duly executed by Summoning each
for himself the following named persons to wit:
