F.M. Blount Hardy B. Polk and Frank Barry
were not to be found in the County
Whereupon
the Court fined W.M. Knox and T.M.
Cauthen Twenty dollars each for failing to answer
to their names.
Whereupon
the Court upon a proper excuse being ren-
dered by W.M. Knox remitted his fine of $2000
Whereupon
the Court for good and sufficient excuses re-
dered excused Oscar Gamage and Frank Bowles
from further attendance on this Court.
Whereupon the Court announced that the Parties
and witnesses in Causes where Indictments are
now existing would not be required to attend on
the Court until 10 oclock on Thursday morning
next.
