he has resided in the United States of America
for Six Years and that he has behaved as a man
of good moral character attached to the principles of the
constitution of the United States of America and well
disposed to the good order and hapiness of the same
and that the said John Garner having this day
sworn to and subscribed to the foregoing affidavit on
oath before me as to his allegiance to the Constitution
of the United States of America and as to his ren
unciation of and abjuration of all allegiance to
any other State or sovereignty It is therefore
ordered that the said John Garner be and he
is hereby adjudged and declared to be admited
as a Citizen of the United States of America Done
and ordered this 3rd day of December A.D. 1883
